  All orders are hand-packed and dispatched from our Shoreditch HQ within 1-2 business days.

• Shipping Rates & Delivery Times:

  • UK Standard Shipping: £4.99 (free for orders over £50). Delivery takes 3-5 business days.

  • UK Express Shipping: £8.99. Delivery takes 1-2 business days.

  • International Shipping: Rates vary by location and will be calculated at checkout. Delivery times may vary depending on your country.

• Order Tracking:
  Once your order is on its way, we’ll email you a tracking link so you can follow its journey straight to your door.

• Shipping Restrictions:

Returns & Refunds

• Changed Your Mind?
  No problem! If your candle is unused and unburned, you can return it within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.

• Damaged or Faulty Items:
  We carefully inspect every product before it ships, but if your order arrives damaged or defective, please email us at hello@honesttoearth.com with photos, and we’ll sort it out ASAP.

• How to Make a Return:

  1. Email us at hello@honesttoearth.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We’ll provide you with the return address and instructions.

  3. Once we receive the item, we’ll process your refund or exchange.

• Please Note:

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is damaged or defective.

  • Sale items and custom orders are non-refundable.
